Korea's second major COVID-19 outbreak started on August 14 and by August 16, the number of new daily confirmations hit highs not seen since the first half of March. Now, on August 24, we find ourselves at a crucial point in the fight. Will health authorities and the populace be able to control the outbreak again or it will it get worse from here?
