Chung-Ang University
Chung-Ang University is a private institution with 30,000 students and 982 faculty members. It consists of 10 undergraduate colleges and 16 graduate schools. It operates two campuses, in Seoul and Anseong, Korea.
Chungbuk Free Economic Zone
The CBFEZ is located at the center of Korea, which allows fast access to inland regions and a transportation network that runs in all directions. It is Korea’s IT-biotechnology convergence industry hub, equipped with a cluster of facilities for solar energy generation, semiconductor manufacturing and biotechnology businesses. Cultural Heritage Administration
CHA manages important cultural properties, which were designated as State or City/Province-designated Cultural Heritage. The State-designated Cultural Heritage such as National Treasures and Treasures is directly managed by CHA, and in the case of City/Province-designated Cultural Heritage, CHA supports local governments for their management. CHA also registers particular cultural properties that require special attention for conservation as Registered Cultural Heritage.
Daegu Metropolitan City
Daegu City, located on a fertile stretch of land next to Geumhogang River and Sincheon Stream, is a city that was established long ago under ideal natural living conditions and has maintained its unique local culture ever since. Archeological relics from the Old Stone Age and New Stone Age have been unearthed in Wolseong-dong and Seobyeon-dong in Daegu, confirming that human beings have lived in the area since approximately 20,000 years ago, ever since the Old Stone Age.
